lake lemon is a 1600 ac. semi private lake 3 miles long that is in brown and monroe counties. it is 15 min east of bloomington
,20 min south of martinsville, and 45 mins from greenwood. the lake has a manager, biologist and 7 member board that maintain and operate
lake. the lake has I U womens rowing facility and bloominton yacht club as lake users/ property owners.
the lake side of the residence overlooks a bird sanctuary that provides habitat at different times of the year for eagles, golden eagles,osprey, blue heron
cranes and many other migrating water fowl. it is magical to watch. this home on northshore was built in 2006 and is partially finished. it can be used for three
seasons now. finish it yourself or owner( who is general contractor/ craftsman) can finish it for you. you need to see walnut trusses in master bedroom, bear holding
trout totem pole or covered porch. great,great neighbors. there are lots this size on the lake that are now for sale for $300k +. every week end a vacation at lake lemon.
